Overview
River City Enterprises served as the general contractor for a historic renovation at The Gloucester Institute. Our team coordinated closely with the architect and engineering team to plan around existing conditions, logistics, and preservation requirements. The work focused on stabilizing the structure, upgrading mechanical and electrical systems, and sequencing multiple trades so the building could continue to safely serve its educational mission.
