After acquiring a two-story industrial building on South 17th Street, they brought in River City Enterprises to lead a full-scale interior renovation, transforming the structure from the ground up while preserving what made it worth saving.
The project included a complete interior gut renovation, installation of a new feature staircase, updated office and meeting spaces, modern finishes, and carefully integrated building improvements.
