Overview
River City Enterprises transformed its own headquarters into a modern, highly functional office environment that reflects the company’s growth, craftsmanship, and construction capabilities. After purchasing the building, RCE completed a full-scale renovation that reworked the interior from the ground up while preserving the structure’s industrial character.
The project included a substantial interior gut renovation, installation of a new feature staircase, updated office and meeting spaces, modern finishes, and carefully integrated building improvements. The result is a refreshed headquarters that balances exposed brick, wood, glass, steel, and open industrial elements with a clean, contemporary workplace design.
Scope of Work
Complete interior renovation of River City Enterprises’ headquarters to support continued company growth
Interior demolition, reconfiguration, and buildout of office, conference, reception, kitchen, and collaboration spaces
Installation of new interior staircase and architectural upgrades throughout the building
Preservation and enhancement of existing industrial elements, including exposed brick, ductwork, wood, steel, and glass
Modern finish upgrades including lighting, flooring, millwork, branded signage, and custom office details
