Overview
Passion Community Church partnered with River City Enterprises on the design build of a 4,000+ square foot facility to serve as an education and assembly space. The project included comprehensive building systems, life safety infrastructure, and interior fit out to support classrooms, administration, and worship. Our team coordinated systems, finishes, and life safety requirements to accommodate up to 386 occupants.
Scope of Work
Design build of 4,000+ square foot facility
Installation of building systems and life safety infrastructure
Construction of fire rated corridors, classrooms, office space, and assembly area
Multiple storage room and closet buildouts
New electrical service, power distribution, and lighting with emergency egress
Exit signage and fully integrated fire alarm and detection system
