Overview
River City Enterprises completed a 6,004 SF interior renovation within the existing Mechanicsville Christian Center facility in Hanover County, VA. The project focused on reconfiguring the space to support youth programming and recreational use while maintaining the integrity of the existing assembly environment.
The renovation introduced new layout divisions, upgraded finishes, and improved building systems to support functionality, safety, and comfort for up to 197 occupants.
Scope of Work
Interior renovation of 6,004 SF assembly facility
New demising partition for Youth Gathering and Rec Center spaces
Custom acoustic panel systems (wall and ceiling applications)
NFHS-compliant basketball half-court with rubber flooring
Installation of new lighting and updated interior finishes
MEP upgrades including new outside air unit, ductwork, and power/lighting systems
